The Las Vegas MealTicket site lists all the other Las Vegas restaurant and meal options available to Las Vegas MealTicket customers.  A ticket to the Cloud Nine Las Vegas Balloon ride and a picnic lunch is included as a meal option for the Las Vegas MealTicket dining pass.
